I know many agents who give up on clients who, for what ever reason, take an extended time to find a home and or get their offer accepted. That shows serious commitment from but you and the client. Sometimes it feels like we may never see the light at the end of the tunnel but we have to remember that when we are really working in the best interest of the client, things may not always move at lightening speed. It’s more important that they are truly happy with their decision in the end.
